Time Spent On Trying To Be Perfect Is…
Little did I know that the note that I am writing now – “Time Spent On Trying To Be Perfect Is Time Wasted” – applies exactly to me too. I was doing my best to showcase my penmanship and calligraphy with the chosen note.
In a recent post, I suggested to my readers to “write a note, don’t just type it! What will you write about?”
Writing without the aid of ruled paper, my lines kept slanting upwards. After three attempts, however, I decided that my vanity is of lesser importance than the substance in the note. A less-than-perfect written note is ok. The more important thing is what I wrote in the note – its real substance.
TIME
SPENT ON TRYING
TO BE
PERFECT
IS TIME
WASTED.
The post, mentioned above, was the first in a series of drawings and handwritten notes where I actually was using my favourite writing tool – my fountain pen. In this second post, I had used the newer high-tech pen with a liner tip.
